This role is ideal for individuals who excel at interacting with customers through live chat and possess strong problem-solving skills. As a customer support representative, you will play a vital part in ensuring our customers receive timely and professional assistance.
Responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Providing accurate and helpful information about products and services.
- Assisting customers with placing orders, processing returns, and tracking shipments.
- Troubleshooting technical issues and providing step-by-step instructions to resolve them.
- Elevating complex or unresolved issues to senior support staff or supervisors.
- At least 2 years of experience in live chat customer support, preferably in a BPO or remote setting.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Experience using help desk software and other remote support tools.
- Familiarity with different CRM tools.
- Ability to work from home and have a reliable computer setup.
