A key member of our team at Advance Marketing, we are seeking a Customer Service Lead to oversee the daily workflow and scheduling of telemarketing staff.
This role involves motivating and supporting agents through feedback and communication, preparing monthly and annual performance reports, maintaining documentation about customer service department activities, and monitoring the performance of customer service staff.
We are looking for an experienced individual with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and at least 3 years of working in customer service, a supervisory role, or in a call center. The ideal candidate will have experience with coaching, training, and motivating employees, outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, and strong computer skills and excellent time management skills.
