Role Summary


This role requires a highly skilled and experienced leader who can manage the Global Oracle Operation and Optimization team to optimize the Oracle global CX application landscape and harmonize the applications and automation of business processes.


You will be responsible for leading and managing the application service delivery of the Growth function and liaising with key business stakeholders to optimize the application usage and search for continuous improvement using the latest technologies.


Your Key Responsibilities



  • You will collaborate with Growth Business Process Owners (BPOs), Business Process Experts (BPEs), Key Business Users (KBUs), and End users to ensure the applications meet current and future business needs.
  • You will oversee technical solution development, including QA/QC, to ensure that solutions follow best design practices and company standards (e.g. security/privacy).
  • You will assign and direct agile teams, including third parties, to deliver Growth Continuous Improvement (CI) projects.
  • You will deliver major Growth enhancements or CI projects as assigned by Tower Director.
