As a CX Operations Director, you will play a vital role in shaping our customer experience strategy, leading a team of CX Associates, and driving business growth.
**About the Job:**
- We seek a seasoned professional with 5+ years of experience in customer service or sales development, including at least 2 years in a team lead or people manager role.
- The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and organizational skills to make informed decisions and prioritize tasks effectively.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Owning customer experience at Fresh Prints, including any projects, requests from other functions, headcount planning, and making it future-proof.
- Leading a team of CX Associates to help them realize their full potential and achieve their goals.
- Ensuring seamless communication with customers to meet their needs and exceed expectations.
- Setting and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team success.
**Requirements:
- A total of 5+ years of experience in customer service or sales development, with at least 2 years in a team lead or people manager role.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills to make informed decisions and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Able to make decisions without direct supervision and negotiate positive outcomes for the company and customers.
- Fluency in English and excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
