Remote Administrative Assistant Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities- Manage calendars and appointments for professionals in Australian accounting firms
- Coordinate meetings across multiple time zones and liaise with clients and legal professionals
- Handle secretarial work including company renewals, changes to corporate records and monitoring emails on behalf of team members
- Maintain internal databases, document registers and prepare documents with high accuracy
This role requires a highly organized and reliable professional with excellent attention to detail.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
- Proven ability to manage calendars and appointments independently and self-motivated with the ability to work remotely
- Australian accounting firm experience is desirable but not mandatory
The ideal candidate will be able to provide exceptional support to teams while maintaining confidentiality and accurate record keeping.
