As a vital member of our hiring team, you will play a crucial role in driving our talent acquisition process forward.
The ideal candidate for this position is highly organized and proactive. They possess excellent communication skills and are able to maintain accurate documentation on applicants.
- Maintains precise records of applicant information, interview schedules, and onboarding procedures
- Communicates effectively with candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams about recruiting processes and updates
- Coordinates pre-employment assessments, health checks, and background screenings as required
- Arranges travel and expensing for candidates and the recruitment team as needed
This role requires adherence to employment laws and company policies, ensuring compliance at all times. The successful candidate will contribute significantly to the continuous improvement of our Talent Acquisition function.
Successful candidates will have a proven track record in a similar administrative or coordinator role, preferably with experience in high-pressure environments.
