We're seeking a creative video professional to join our team as a short-form content creator. This role is all about crafting engaging, high-quality videos that resonate with our audience.

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends to ensure our content remains relevant and captivating.
  • Edit 4–5 short-form videos (20 seconds each) weekly using raw footage from our drive; include basic edits like captions, transitions, and light branding.
  • Design simple, on-brand graphics and maintain a consistent visual style across all content.
  • Write compelling captions, schedule posts for peak engagement, and publish to Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Collaborate closely with our founder for approvals, take constructive feedback well, and make necessary revisions.
Key Requirements:
  • Skilled in video editing tools like CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar.
  • Experience managing Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok accounts.
  • Strong eye for visuals and storytelling through video.
  • Able to create content matching brand tone for kids to young adults.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and good at managing time independently.
  • Portfolio with relevant short-form video and social media examples.
Nice to Have:
  • Understanding of youth trends and content.
  • Creative and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe, or other editing tools.
