TikTok Growth Strategist

Accelerate brand visibility and conversion through short-form video content as the TikTok influencer specialist. Lead our creator-driven growth strategy to drive user-generated content campaigns that feed into paid, organic, and marketplace funnels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creator Sourcing & Management: Find and manage creators for TikTok campaigns
    • Identify, vet, and onboard TikTok and short-form creators
    • Manage contracts, communications, and deliverables
    • Build a database of trusted, proven creators
  • Content Creation & Trend Execution: Create engaging TikTok content that aligns with current trends and commercial objectives
    • Monitor TikTok for emerging trends, formats, audios, and hooks
    • Translate trends into brief, actionable creative directions
    • Maintain a content calendar to manage cadence and coverage
  • Content Performance & Optimization: Analyze creator content performance and identify areas for improvement
    • Track performance of UGC and creator content across platforms
    • Identify top-performing creators, hooks, and formats
    • Recommend creative iterations based on data
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Industry Experience: 2-4 years in digital marketing or similar field; hands-on TikTok or short-form content experience required
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field preferred
  • Soft Skills: Strong trend sensitivity, fast execution mindset, excellent communication, and creative judgment
  • Languages: Fluent in English (spoken and written)
