We're seeking a skilled Storyteller to craft engaging stories and experiences that bring players, viewers, and creators together.
This role is responsible for developing innovative video ideas, pitching them to drive engagement and retention, and delivering high-quality story cuts and edited intro scripts.
Main Responsibilities:- Pitching new video ideas to drive audience engagement and retention.
- Developing and delivering one high-quality story cut per week.
- Producing five edited intro scripts per week.
- Sourcing approval for two long-form and two short-form ideas daily.
- Achieving 60% retention on new videos.
- Maintaining 70% end-of-intro retention.
- Driving 11% click-through rates on new ideas.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
