Content Specialist Position

We are seeking a highly skilled content specialist to join our media team. This role involves creating and managing content across multiple platforms, researching trending topics, and producing engaging material.

This position requires the ability to develop and manage content calendars, research popular trends, and create high-quality content using available assets or working with existing footage.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing social content for a brand, creator, or agency, demonstrated ability to grow followers, views, or engagement across social platforms, and strong written communication and copywriting skills.

You will be working on various projects including short-form video content highlighting real estate development and growth, macro and micro stories from the world of real estate investing and development, and high-trust, informational, and testimonial-style content to attract new investors and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage content calendars across multiple channels
  • Research trending topics, hooks, and formats that align with brand goals and audiences
  • Write engaging hooks, scripts, and captions that drive conversions and engagement
  • Produce high-quality content using available assets or work with existing footage
  • Create and repurpose content across formats (reels, carousels, shorts, thumbnails)
  • Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and brand identity across all platforms and content formats
Requirements:
  • 2–5 years managing social content for a brand, creator, or agency
  • Demonstrated ability to grow followers, views, or engagement across social platforms
  • Experience creating short-form video using AI and/or traditional tools
  • Strong written communication and copywriting skills (especially hooks, scripts, and copy)
