Senior Linguistic Quality Specialist

This is a pivotal role in our AI Rater Incubation Program, where you will play a key part in ensuring rater guidelines are accurate and effective.

  • You will translate client objectives into clear evaluation standards.
  • Create test sets to validate guidelines and review rater performance during pilot phases.
  • Partner with clients to refine guidelines and make adjustments based on test outcomes.

Linguistic Expertise Required:

  • Expertise in semantics, pragmatics, discourse, and applied linguistic analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and refine annotation/rating guidelines.
  • Skilled in Google Sheets (advanced formulas, data validation, quality tracking).
  • Experience delivering rater training, coaching, and feedback.
