Lead Visual Communications Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Lead Visual Communications Specialist to develop designs and assets that elevate our events through close collaboration with the Lido Consulting team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating cohesive event design concepts, refining brand guidelines, and ensuring all designs are optimized for digital and mobile platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Develop high-quality visual assets for events, including print and digital materials
- Refine brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels
- Optimize designs for use on digital and mobile platforms
- Update and maintain websites, including Wix and Cvent event websites
- Experience in graphic design, preferably in-house at an Events and/or Financial Services company
- Understanding of basic design principles, color wheel, balance, contrast, readability, and ADA compliance
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and Wix/Cvent
- Familiarity with Constant Contact, On24, and Canva is a plus
- Able to work on a fixed night shift and willing to be assigned in Alabang, Muntinlupa once feasible
