About the Role

We're seeking a Lead Generation and Digital Marketing Specialist who excels in both lead generation and creative marketing.

  • Lead Generation and Appointment Setting (50%)

This individual will support our growth across global B2B markets by generating agency leads, setting appointments, and creating content that resonates with our mission.

The ideal candidate will research and build a high-quality pipeline of global boutique/luxury travel agencies. They will conduct outbound outreach via email and LinkedIn to introduce our offerings. The candidate will set and confirm intro calls between qualified partners and our founder. They will track all engagement, follow-ups, and notes using our CRM.

  • Digital Marketing and Content Support

This specialist will draft LinkedIn posts, newsletters, and social content for B2B and agency audiences. They will repurpose photos, testimonials, and itineraries into branded marketing assets. The candidate will assist with campaign scheduling via tools like Canva, Mailchimp, and Buffer. They will maintain visual consistency across decks, one-pagers, and digital assets. The specialist will monitor content performance and support monthly reporting on engagement.
