Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the high-quality delivery of our Voice AI Agent Software.

You will be responsible for assisting in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Voice AI Agent applications and backend services. Additionally, you will conduct functional, integration, and regression testing of AI-powered voice interactions, including speech recognition, intent understanding, and response accuracy.

Other responsibilities include preparing and maintaining detailed test documentation, identifying, reporting, and tracking defects using bug-tracking tools, and participating in test reviews and providing feedback to developers and product managers.

In this role, you will work closely with senior QA engineers, developers, and product teams to reproduce and troubleshoot issues and assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) preparation and execution.

It is essential that you have experience writing and executing test cases and preparing QA documentation, as well as familiarity with QA tools such as Jira, TestRail, Postman, or similar. Some experience with API testing or automation tools is a plus.
