Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled professional to spearhead our email marketing initiatives, driving revenue growth through targeted email and SMS campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies that foster engagement, retention, and revenue.
  • Manage the segmentation, creation, and automation of email and SMS flows throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Analyze post-send performance data to inform future campaign optimizations.
  • Maintain and refine campaign calendars to ensure timely and consistent communication across brands.
  • Personalize messaging using customer data and behavior to enhance conversions and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with overarching business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience with email/SMS platforms (Klaviyo & Postscript preferred).
  • Proven ability to design and optimize lifecycle flows and campaigns that drive retention and revenue.
  • Strong knowledge of segmentation, A/B testing, and personalization techniques.
  • Excellent copywriting and visual direction skills for high-performing email/SMS creatives.
  • Familiarity with popup and list-building tools.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in campaign reporting and optimization.
  • Ability to manage multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and clear, proactive communication.
