Job Opportunity

As the leader of our team, you will oversee day-to-day operations and serve as a point of escalation for issues outside an agent's authority. You will collaborate with other managers to identify growth and development opportunities for team members.

Responsibilities
  • People Management: Identify growth and development opportunities for team members through coaching.
  • Monitor attendance, punctuality, and other people issues, escalating them to HR when necessary.
  • Performance Quality Management: Monitor team members' performance, provide timely feedback, and ensure they meet client needs.
  • Ensure teams meet company and client-specific KPI targets.
  • Logistics: Ensure team members' and equipment needs are met to sustain service levels. Recommend alternative products or tools.
  • Internal Coordination: Work with the People Development Manager to make recommendations for team member career paths. Relay consistent issues to the Service Delivery Manager.
  • Guide advisors and analysts to foster growth and development, best practices, and optimal morale.
  • External Communications: Be familiar with clients' key contacts, unique requirements, and operating processes. Implement policies related to client products.
  • Contribute to customer support and success processes. Demonstrate mastery of the company and client offerings.
  • Understand, investigate, and solve complex client requests or complaints.
