Our team is seeking an organized and detail-oriented professional to fill a Bookkeeper and Administrative Assistant role. This is a critical position where you will be responsible for maintaining financial accuracy and ensuring smooth administrative processes across three companies.

The ideal candidate will have minimum 3–5 years of experience with QuickBooks Online and a solid understanding of U.S. tax laws.

In this role, you will maintain detailed transaction and agent spreadsheets, audit real estate contracts to ensure compliance with standards and regulations, coordinate vendor schedules, answer and route calls on the company phone line, and handle general administrative tasks.

To excel in this position, you must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as a strong ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Bookkeeping & Billing: Maintain and reconcile QuickBooks Online files for three companies, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Data Management: Maintain detailed transaction and agent spreadsheets.
