Our ideal candidate has a proven track record of hiring specialists for the US healthcare market and possesses advanced knowledge of sourcing methodologies. They should also have hands-on experience with sourcing tools and familiarity with HR systems and applicant tracking platforms.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for advertising open positions, requesting referrals, maintaining organized databases, and conducting benchmark research on compensation and benefits.
  • They will also be expected to measure source of hire and time-to-fill for each role, research and recommend new sourcing tools, and develop scalable processes to consult with clients on their hiring needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Past experience of hiring specialists for the US healthcare market
  • Proven work experience of at least 5 years as a Headhunter, Recruiter or similar
  • Advanced knowledge of sourcing methodologies (including Boolean search)
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (e.g. resume databases and portfolio sites)
  • Familiarity with HR systems and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
  • Excellent communication and persuasion abilities
  • Time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously
  • Good decision-making skills
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong social aptitude and ability to build relationships
