Recruitment Opportunity

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team. This role involves identifying top candidates, streamlining recruitment processes, and ensuring a smooth experience for both applicants and our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for screening resumes, cover letters, and initial interviews, as well as managing candidate communication and email correspondence.

Requirements
  • At least 1 year of recruitment experience is required, with a preference for those with 1–2 years of BPO customer service experience.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce or a strong interest in learning is also desirable.
  • Proficiency in Gmail, Slack, and Google Sheets is essential, along with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary, as well as reliability, self-motivation, and adaptability.
Technical Requirements
  • A laptop or desktop with at least an i5 processor (or Mac equivalent) is required.
  • A reliable internet connection with at least 15 Mbps download/upload speed is also necessary.
  • A quiet, dedicated workspace is essential for success in this role.
