Job Overview

As a senior merchant support coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless execution of commercial rates setup and other operational tasks.

  • Execute commercial rates setup and other operational tasks based on standard operating procedures within service level agreements.
  • Understand merchant-specific requirements and conduct checks accordingly.
  • Monitor issues and conduct daily quality control tasks to ensure accuracy and promptness.
  • Properly escalate unresolved issues to internal teams after due diligence checks and follow through with resolution.
  • Support testing and Q&A for new operations processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence
  • Drive efficiency and productivity by optimizing commercial rates setup and other operational tasks.
  • Ensure seamless communication with merchants to understand their specific requirements.

Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in an operations role. E-commerce industry experience is an added advantage.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the latest SOPs and any updates or revisions.
  • Strong attention to detail and initiatives to clarify and understand changes and deviations of processes.
  • Good communication skills with a strong customer focus.
  • Basic analytical and troubleshooting skills to use dashboards, MS Excel, and Gsheets functions for basic data processing and analysis.
  • Demonstrated use of generative AI tools to develop new or improve workflows, enhance productivity, and drive efficiency at scale.
