Job Title: Cash Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Cash Management Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing the company's cash operations, ensuring accurate and timely payments, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.

About the Role:
  • Manage the company's cash position, ensuring adequate liquidity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and execute fund transfers between internal and external accounts, adhering to strict deadlines and cut-off times.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement changes.
  • Act as a liaison between treasury, operations, and other departments, providing expert guidance on cash management best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in cash management, accounting, or financial analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA or advanced degree in finance or related field.
  • Professional certifications, such as CPA or CFA.
  • Experience with cash management software and systems.
