The Role

We're seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to drive outbound revenue growth for a scaling B2B company.

You'll collaborate closely with the client team, owning complete outbound campaigns targeting key decision-makers and managing all aspects from prospect research through qualified handoffs to senior closers.

Key Performance Indicators

15+ qualified appointments per month with prospects having genuine buying authority.

Your Responsibilities

  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in outbound sales or lead generation roles
  • Proven success making cold calls and booking sales appointments
  • Comfortable communicating with business owners and senior stakeholders
  • Strong objection handling and persuasive communication skills
  • Fast and reliable internet connection; own laptop or desktop suitable for the role; quiet working environment; good quality microphone or headset
