
Commerce Growth Manager

As a key member of the Partner Success team, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and success for our B2B travel commerce partners in APAC. Reporting to the VP of Partner Success, you will be responsible for executing strategic plans, fostering engagement, and ensuring partners are fully enabled to capitalize on opportunities across our platform.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for partner success, from onboarding to sustained growth, with a focus on maximizing partner satisfaction and revenue performance.
- Lead the onboarding, enablement, and day-to-day engagement for Korean-speaking partners, serving as their advocate within our organization.
- Drive adoption of new products, features, and upsell opportunities across our travel commerce platform, leveraging analytical tools and data to inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve partner issues, ensure smooth operations, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Business-level fluency in Korean and English, with a proven ability to manage and grow strategic partnerships.
- Excellent analytical skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making and a strong understanding of business metrics.
- Experience in travel, e-commerce, SaaS, or working with Korean clients or partners is highly valued.
