Our organization is looking for a skilled and experienced training professional to play a key role in creating, executing, supporting, and guiding all training initiatives that impact various aspects of our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop high-quality train-the-trainer session videos and presentations that effectively engage audiences
  • Analyze training trends and develop strategies to enhance training performance, drive results, and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver on-site training programs and performance metrics that meet client expectations
  • Design and implement effective training strategies for partners and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and goals

As a key member of the training leadership team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with colleagues to develop and implement training initiatives, observe training sessions, review training content and materials, and provide feedback to ensure high-quality training execution. This is an excellent chance to build meaningful relationships while creating and evaluating on-site training programs and performance.

Requirements
  • A creative and engaging approach to delivering content and processes that enhance the training experience
  • Expertise in training the trainer to align the curriculum with organizational standards and goals
  • A passion for driving training performance and developing effective training strategies that drive results
  • At least two years of experience working across various technology platforms and tools
