Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill a key role in our organization. As an RPA Lead Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality automation solutions using RPA tools.

Your Responsibilities
  • Design scalable and maintainable RPA solutions based on business requirements.
  • Develop, test, and deploy automation workflows using RPA tools.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to developers.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts and Project Managers to clarify requirements.
  • Support Team Leads in sprint planning, task estimation, and resource coordination.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in deployed robots, ensuring SLA compliance.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Stay updated on RPA trends, tools, and best practices.
Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Certified RPA Developer (e.g., UiPath Advanced Developer).
  • 4–6 years of experience in RPA development, with a strong portfolio of deployed bots.
  • Experience in solution design and architecture for automation projects.
  • Proven ability to lead technical discussions and mentor junior developers.
  • Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology and tools.
  • Proficiency in RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere).
  • Strong understanding of coding standards, version control, and testing practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration across technical and business teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
