About Game Designer Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Game Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing engaging and entertaining games that captivate players across the globe.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in game design, including knowledge of game mechanics, math, and player psychology. They will also have excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to align creative and technical teams around a shared vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize Core Game Parameters: Collaborate with math and analytics teams to ensure gameplay aligns with commercial goals and regulatory standards.
  • Craft Intuitive UX Flows: Own the player journey, creating engaging UI layouts that complement game mechanics and enhance overall experience.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven Experience: In slot or casino game design, ideally with titles that have gone to market.
  • Strong Grasp of Game Math: Including probability, RTP, volatility, hit frequency, and paytable logic.
  • Solid Understanding of UX/UI Principles: How player interaction drives retention and engagement.
