Responsibilities
- Provide leadership to guide appointment-setting activities and achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
- Celebrate team successes and identify areas for process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with agreed-upon performance metrics and recommend strategies to enhance team productivity.
- Maintain a professional engagement with the appointment-setting team.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in call center leadership (appointment setting, telemarketing or sales).
- Knowledge of the roofing, construction or home improvement industry preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM and call center software essential.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and drive results crucial.
