The role of a Medical Service Advisor involves serving as a trusted advisor for customers seeking clarity on medication effects.
Leverage your medical knowledge to ask the right questions, assess concerns, and provide clear guidance to customers via telephone or other channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to medical information queries, product complaints, and general inquiries.
- Receive and report adverse drug reactions within required timelines.
- Perform quality control, training, and data reconciliation from multiple sources.
- Non-degree + 3–4 years relevant experience (or 1 year safety experience).
- Associate degree + 2–3 years relevant experience (or 1 year safety experience).
- BS/BA or higher in Pharmacy, Life Science, or related field.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements, pharmacovigilance practices, and ICH GCP guidelines.
- Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
