Job Title: Deskside Technician
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical assistance to onsite clients, including hardware and software support services.
- Analyze end-user system failures and implement repair solutions.
- Determine the cause of printer and peripheral device malfunctions and apply corrective measures.
- Troubleshoot network devices to ensure connectivity between PCs and networks.
- A bachelor's degree or vocational training in IT-related fields is highly desirable.
- A minimum of two years' experience in college or completion of a diploma/certificate program.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- At least one to three years of experience in IT support, deskside support, or a similar role within a business process outsourcing environment.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and remote desktop support tools.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals, including IP addressing, LAN/WAN, VPN, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
- Experience handling Active Directory tasks such as account creation, password resets, and group policies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure BPO environment.
- Flexibility and adherence to schedules are essential for this position.
