Franchise Development Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to support our franchise growth efforts. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to manage both structured call outreach and dynamic day-to-day tasks, and native-level English proficiency.

The successful candidate will be responsible for making a high volume of outbound calls daily to warm franchise leads using pre-approved scripts, qualifying prospects and scheduling follow-up calls or meetings with franchise development managers, maintaining accurate records of all outreach and prospect engagement in CRM tools, and supporting additional day-to-day activities as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • Significant experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, or franchise/business development for international clients
  • Proven ability to handle high-volume call targets while maintaining professionalism and accuracy
  • Experience in franchise, sales development, or multi-client environments is a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, CRM systems, and online scheduling tools
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident speaking on the phone with US-based leads
  • Native-level English proficiency (spoken and written)
  • Detail-oriented, with excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Self-directed and able to thrive in a remote work environment
