Position OverviewWe're looking for a Sales Driven Professional who excels at building relationships, re-engaging leads, and driving booked appointments. This role involves following up with contacts who have already shown interest but didn't take the next step. Your goal is to bring them back into the funnel with persistence, professionalism, and personality.
Key ResponsibilitiesMake high-volume outbound calls to warm and aging leads, focusing on re-igniting interest and addressing concerns or hesitations.
Reschedule missed or canceled consultations and move prospects back into the sales pipeline.
Act as the first layer of quality assurance, ensuring leads feel heard, supported, and informed.
Listen for objections and counter with clear, confident, value-driven messaging.
Keep detailed notes and next steps logged in the CRM to maintain pipeline visibility.
Work closely with the internal sales team to keep handoffs clean and efficient.
