At Thinklogic Media Group, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Engagement Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our telemarketing team, you will play a critical role in identifying and qualifying potential leads, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth through effective communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate calls to individuals or businesses who fit our target demographic profile, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of our products or services and effectively communicating their features and benefits to potential customers.

• Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and conversation, utilizing strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and preferences.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through regular follow-up calls, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Accurately record and maintain customer information, including contact details, preferences, and feedback in our company database, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

• Meet and exceed assigned targets on a regular basis, collaborating with other team members and departments to optimize strategies and achieve organizational goals.

Key Qualifications:

• With or without BPO/Call center experience.

• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

• Computer literate.

• Ability to speak clearly and effectively to customers, with strong negotiation and closing skills.

• Great listening skills.

• Ability to maintain composure during stressful situations, handle rejection, and maintain a positive attitude.
