Job Summary:

As a Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams and oversee the execution of projects from start to finish. Your primary goal is to ensure timely delivery, within quality standards, while fostering clear communication among stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, resources, and deliverables.
  • Defining project requirements and objectives in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Managing project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Monitoring project progress, identifying potential risks, and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
  • Utilizing project management tools such as ClickUp and Instagantt for task management and client visibility.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to enhance processes and drive efficiency.
  • Fostering clear communication among stakeholders to fully understand clients' needs.
Leadership and Collaboration:
  • Leading and inspiring cross-functional teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Facilitating effective communication and cooperation among team members.
  • Providing guidance and support, ensuring team members have the resources and information needed to succeed.
  • Encouraging innovation and creativity within the team.
Stakeholder Communication:
  • Serving as the primary liaison between clients and the project team, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
  • Providing regular updates on project status, goals, requirements, and timelines to stakeholders.
  • Addressing client concerns promptly and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Quality Assurance:
  • Developing and implementing quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet client specifications and standards.
  • Collaborating with team members to resolve issues and implement improvements.
Continuous Improvement:
  • Evaluating project performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices.
  • Staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance project outcomes and drive innovation.
Industry Knowledge:
  • Being knowledgeable about market developments and opportunities around the advertising, digital, creative, technology, marketing, and consulting industries.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and best practices related to creative operations and project management.
  • Participating in training programs and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge in operational processes and tools.
  • Collaborating with team members to share insights and best practices for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, advertising, creative, or technology industries is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace tools is preferable.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote work setting.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences.
