We are seeking a seasoned Project Director to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects that drive our mental health technology platform forward. In this key role, you will be responsible for managing project scope, resources, and timelines while driving Agile processes, facilitating team collaboration, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and the development team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Resource Management
   1. Define and refine project scope to ensure alignment with business objectives.
   2. Plan resource allocation and secure approvals to guarantee project success.
   3. Ensure proper resource availability and utilization to meet project deadlines.
   4. Develop project schedules and timelines based on estimates to drive efficient project delivery.
2. Project Execution & Agile Process Management
   1. Plan and sequence project activities to maximize productivity and minimize delays.
   2. Facilitate Agile ceremonies: kick-offs, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, etc. to foster team collaboration and continuous improvement.
   3. Manage Jira boards (sprints, tickets, reports) to track project progress and identify areas for improvement.
3. Monitoring, Reporting & Metrics
   1. Track project performance with Jira metrics (velocity, burn-up/down, sprint reports) to inform data-driven decision making.
   2. Monitor team and individual performance via KPIs and regular check-ins to ensure accountability and motivation.
   3. Send regular progress reports to stakeholders to maintain transparency and trust.
4. Leadership & Team Support
   1. Act as mediator between client and team; resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
   2. Remove blockers and distractions to ensure team members can focus on high-priority tasks.
   3. Keep the team motivated, focused, and aligned on goals through effective leadership and communication.
   4. Hold team members accountable for their actions and outcomes.
   5. Advocate collaboration and effective communication to drive project success.
5. Continuous Improvement & Documentation
   1. Streamline processes to improve project/sprint velocity and efficiency.
   2. Conduct post-mortems for major incidents (bugs, outages, etc.) to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
   3. Ensure project documentation is centralized and regularly updated to facilitate knowledge sharing and transfer.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in project management with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
• Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies, including leading sprint cycles, retrospectives, and leveraging Jira for metrics-driven project tracking.
• Proven leadership abilities in resource planning, team allocation, and conflict resolution to ensure project cohesion.
• A strategic liaison between clients and developers, translating business needs into technical action with exceptional communication skills.
• Highly analytical, with a focus on KPI monitoring, progress reporting, and conducting post-mortems to drive continuous improvement.
• Meticulous attention to process optimization and comprehensive documentation.

Work Schedule

• Part-time | 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM PHT (2 days a week only)
