Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Success Manager. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our clients receive maximum value from our services.

You will navigate the exciting world of virtual assistance, helping businesses optimize their operations and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and assistants to ensure client satisfaction and success with our products and services.
  • Review customer accounts, performance metrics, and goals to identify growth opportunities and address and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new customers, providing comprehensive support and ensuring smooth transitions and effective use of our services.
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, advocating for their needs and working proactively to ensure customer retention and minimize churn.
  • Gather customer feedback and collaborate with product and development teams to analyze customer data and provide insights and recommendations.
Measuring Success
  • Maintaining and improving client continuity and satisfaction.
  • Growing revenue from existing accounts through upsells and expansions.
  • Achieving and maintaining positive client feedback.
Required Experience
  • Proven experience in account management, relationship management, or customer success in the B2B realm with solid business acumen and understanding of the B2B sales cycle.
  • Experience engaging with top-tier clients (C+-level) with executive-level communication and proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) to manage customer relationships and drive progress.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills that build trust and create exceptional client experiences, a self-motivated, results-driven attitude towards customer success, and a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
