Job Title: Supply Chain Operations Coordinator

Are you a highly organized and proactive professional looking for a challenging role in supply chain operations? We are seeking a skilled Operations Coordinator to streamline and optimize the daily operations of our e-commerce and retail fulfilment business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Fulfilment & Logistics Coordination: Oversee and track all e-commerce orders from placement to delivery, ensuring on-time fulfilment. Liaise with 3PL partners, couriers, and suppliers to resolve delivery issues quickly.
  • Multi-Channel Stock & Inventory Management: Manage stock levels across multiple platforms like Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and TikTok Shop in real-time. Prevent overselling or stockouts by ensuring high accuracy in stock updates.
  • Retail Order Management & Compliance: Oversee the end-to-end process of fulfilling retail orders – from order placement to final delivery. Ensure compliance with retailer requirements for packaging, labelling, and documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Strong knowledge of multi-channel stock & inventory management. Experience working with Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and TikTok Shop.
  • Ability to analyze data, optimize processes, and implement improvements.
