About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a passion for process improvement, automation, and data analysis. As a Systems Optimization Specialist, you will work closely with our teams to design, configure, maintain, and continuously improve our internal tools, automations, and workflows.

Your primary responsibility will be to identify areas of improvement and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity. You will also collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, streamline workflows, and ensure alignment with business goals and operational standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Data Analytics, IT, Engineering or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in tools and systems optimization, process improvement and automation, or business systems support in fast-paced IT industry or software environment
  • Proven hands-on experience configuring and improving collaboration and process tools such as Jira, Confluence, HubSpot or similar platforms to support workflow automation and operational efficiency
  • Proven hands-on experience using reporting and analytics tools like Microsoft Power BI (or equivalent) to build dashboards, track KPIs, and generate insights that support data-driven decision-making
  • Strong facilitation and collaboration skills to gather input, troubleshoot issues, and align diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset
