Optimizing Supply Chain Operations

The role of the Supply Chain Manager is to oversee and optimize all aspects of supply chain operations, including inventory management, vendor sourcing and coordination, and freight and shipping logistics.
About the Job- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the complete supply chain, from sourcing materials to final delivery to end consumer or business.
- Manage, track, and optimize the outbound logistics from supplier to warehouse daily to ensure timely delivery and avoid fines.
This requires a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively with remote teams.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the complete supply chain.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing holding costs, coordinate with shipping partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products to customers.
Strong relationships must be established and maintained with suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain and logistics management, preferably within the e-commerce or retail industry.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems, strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and data analysis tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to effectively collaborate with remote teams.
