Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the achievement of set targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
  • Monitor stock movement, analyze data, and optimize inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain departments for seamless operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels to ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Implement efficient replenishment strategies in line with business requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with warehouse supervisors regarding inventory purchases and transfers.
  • Cultivate relationships with other supply chain professionals to facilitate order transactions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage sales promotions and related activities.
  • Produce regular reports and maintain organized filing systems.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a related role.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
