Accounting Specialist

The ideal candidate will oversee cost management, inventory planning, and provide support to clients with pricing/margin analysis. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills to develop client relationships through timely support and guidance in regular check-ins and day-to-day communication.

  • Manage cost of goods sold, inventory demand planning, and assist clients with ad-hoc pricing/margin analysis.
  • Support new client account onboarding and configure accounting systems.
  • Develop client relationships through timely support and guidance in regularly scheduled check-ins and day-to-day communication.
  • Manage retail operational accounting including issuing invoices, reconciling discounts and chargebacks, collecting deposits, and matching accounts receivables.
  • Track and manage reconciliation schedules for prepaid expenses, fixed assets, accrued liabilities/expenses, and deferred revenue.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable and day-to-day client/vendor questions.
  • Support month-end accounting functions, account reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of relevant accounting and finance experience.
  • Bachelor's, Associate's, or Accounting Certification required.
  • Proficient in ERP systems.
  • Experience with inventory accounting required.
