Job Title

An operations engineer role with a focus on front-end development and design is available. The successful candidate will have expertise in building and optimizing web interfaces, as well as integrating front-end applications with APIs, databases, and automation tools.

This position requires strong analytical skills, enthusiasm for data-driven decision-making, and proficiency in AI tools like OpenAI, MidJourney, Zapier, Airtable, etc. Familiarity with SQL in accessing and modifying databases is also essential.

Responsibilities
  • Build, test, and optimize front-end interfaces, including PDPs, dashboards, and internal tools.
  • Integrate front-end solutions with APIs, databases, and automation tools.
  • Work to offload a wide range of critical initiatives from practice area leads and portfolio companies.
  • Lead AI implementations and experimentation using various tools.
  • Analyze data and present insights as actionable recommendations.
  • Transform and clean-up data using SQL and sometimes Python.
  • Conduct usability testing and create website mockups.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in front-end development and design (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, plus experience with modern frameworks).
  • Strong UI/UX sensibility with the ability to create intuitive and responsive designs.
  • Comfort integrating front-end applications with APIs, databases, and automation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and enthusiasm for data-driven decision-making.
  • Familiarity with AI tools like OpenAI, MidJourney, Zapier, Airtable, etc.
  • Familiarity with SQL in accessing and modifying databases.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

This role is full-time and requires remote work. A strong preference is given to candidates with an Engineering or Computer Science / IT degree.
