Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical assistance and support to clients with their computer-related issues.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to computer hardware and software. This includes performing routine checks on IT systems, answering client inquiries, and providing guidance on how to resolve common problems.

  • Perform daily check of IT services to ensure optimal performance.
  • Answer client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic computer issues.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently, and strong communication skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology).
  • At least three years of experience in technical support.
  • Excellent knowledge of computer systems, software applications, and advanced troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
