Driver Onboarding Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Driver Onboarding Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating a seamless onboarding journey for new drivers.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, sharp problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. You will work closely with drivers to ensure they have a smooth and efficient onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact and follow-up with drivers regarding their application status
  • Review and record application documents in a timely manner
  • Guide drivers through the onboarding process, providing clear instructions and support
  • Drive high conversion rates by proactively addressing issues and providing solutions
  • Track and update operational progress to optimize efficiency
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Good verbal and written English communication skills
  • At least 1-year experience in sales or customer support with conversation/retention goals
  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Google Suite and Slack
  • Positive attitude, diligent, and results-oriented
  • Available during work hours and commit to scheduled times
  • Hard work ethic and reliability
