Key responsibilities include learning the technology and firm culture as a primary objective, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of technology products and services relevant to the department, taking an active interest in business environments and industry developments, demonstrating proficiency in all relevant technologies required for the role and department, possessing in-depth knowledge of processes and products relevant to the role, displaying a thorough understanding of broader IT strategy and services delivered by different departments within the university, using technology efficiently and creatively to reduce manual work, and working as a core member of the IT team to ensure clients maintain access to critical information assets and keep the university ahead of industry trends.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, completion of one or more courses in software development, no prior professional experience required, demonstrated skill in one or two programming languages, and a basic understanding of object-oriented programming relational databases software version control and software development lifecycles.
