Cloud Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Cloud Support Specialist to provide top-notch support and troubleshooting services for cloud and infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cloud engineering principles and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cloud & Infrastructure
  • The Cloud Support Specialist will be responsible for managing and supporting Microsoft 365 tenancy, including Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Defender security. They will configure and maintain Azure services such as virtual machines, networking, key vaults, and automation accounts.
  • The role involves handling identity and access management via Entra ID (Azure AD), including MFA, SSO, SCIM, and B2C. Additionally, the Cloud Support Specialist will manage Intune for Windows devices, including policies, filters, and application packaging.
  • The specialist will also configure and troubleshoot Cloudflare DNS, certificates, and email security (SPF/DKIM/DMARC). Furthermore, they will manage Azure DevOps permissions and project access.
  • Security & Compliance
  • The Cloud Support Specialist will monitor and improve Azure and O365 Secure Score. They will maintain DKIM, DMARC, and SPF records via PowerDMARC. Additionally, the specialist will monitor security threats using ESET endpoint protection.
  • The role involves administering Barracuda email security and backup solutions, including tenancy management, archiving, fraud protection, and email tracing.
  • Identity & User Management
  • The Cloud Support Specialist will manage user provisioning, groups (static/dynamic), and permissions via Entra ID and on-prem Active Directory. They will oversee GPOs, elevated privilege accounts, AD DS (Sites & Services), replication, and AAD Sync.
  • Tools & Scripting
  • The specialist will use PowerShell for automation and daily task efficiency. They will utilize tools like Lansweeper, PRTG, and Microsoft Partner Center.
  • Networking
  • The Cloud Support Specialist will provide basic support and troubleshooting with Aruba Central-managed networks: VLANs, routing, WiFi captive portal, and client connectivity troubleshooting (wired and wireless).
  • Service Management
  • The role involves using Halo ITSM for incident triage, manual logging, requests, and change management. The specialist will contribute to internal knowledge base (KB).
