Job Overview

The Technology Sales Supervisor role at IT Group, Inc. is a pivotal position that plays a crucial part in driving business growth through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for penetrating industry-specific accounts, creating new business opportunities, and developing strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met.

The successful candidate will oversee lead generation, nurture current accounts, identify and qualify account opportunities, convert leads to sales, and monitor account segmentation, industry identification, and client communication.

Additionally, the Technology Sales Supervisor will conduct client presentations, collaborate with immediate heads in developing new businesses, conduct client problem/needs analysis, create proposals based on client requirements, maintain and update client records, communicate and monitor billing and accreditation procedures, and generate reports including pipeline updates, annual and monthly reports, and profit and loss generation.

The role also involves collaborating with technical teams, enlisting support from specialists, implementation resources, service resources, and other management resources as needed, as well as completing accreditation requirements and assisting with Accounts Receivable paperwork.
