Procurement Support Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage vendor relationships, track inventory, and coordinate logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Vendor & Purchase Order Management: Foster strong relationships with vendors, negotiate terms, and oversee the purchase order process.
  • Data Accuracy & System Checks: Ensure data integrity, verify system accuracy, and maintain precise records.
  • Inventory Reporting & Tracking: Monitor and report on inventory levels, identify trends, and implement corrective actions.
  • Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries, optimize supply chain efficiency, and minimize costs.
Requirements:
  • Exceptional Attention to Detail – Accurately manage data, documents, and purchase order information to prevent errors.
  • Critical Thinking Skills – Ability to work independently, troubleshoot challenges, and think creatively to find solutions.
  • Procurement Support Experience – Background in procurement or purchasing support, preferably within the food industry, pharmaceutical manufacturing, or device and equipment sectors.
  • Strong Communication – Confident in liaising with vendors, internal teams, and logistics partners.
  • Tech-Savvy – Comfortable learning and working with ERP systems, procurement platforms, and inventory tracking tools.
