Procurement Operations Specialist

A career in Procurement Operations awaits the ideal candidate who can effectively manage vendor contracts, oversee contract review processes, and coordinate with cross-functional teams. The Procurement Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing procurement operations, including contract administration, vendor relationship management, and spend analysis.

This is a full-time role that requires excellent analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft applications and procurement software. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of procurement regulations and compliance standards, as well as experience working with procurement management software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage vendor contracts, including initial request review, coordination with procurement, legal, and compliance teams, and vendor relationship management.
  • Oversee contract review processes, including redlining, negotiation, and contract execution.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless procurement operations.
  • Perform spend analysis, identify cost savings opportunities, and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain procurement policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement operations or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint.
  • Experience with procurement management software, including Coupa PTP system.
  • Strong understanding of procurement regulations and compliance standards.
