Tactical Operations Buyer

This role is part of a shared service center supporting multiple countries and business units.

  • We are seeking an experienced procurement professional with excellent organizational, analytical skills, solid problem-solving, and detail-oriented individual to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the migration of indirect procurement processes from other global countries to Alabang, preparing process documentation, becoming a subject matter expert for indirect procurement-related topics, resolving escalated procurement processing issues, answering suppliers and stakeholders, maintaining supplier master data information, ensuring proper PR and PO processing, performing compliance checks, expediting POs, managing invoice pricing issues, creating and maintaining info records and source lists, spot buy/requisition-based sourcing, executing all procurement activities in-scope, preparing and processing eRFQs, contract negotiation and execution, desk research and price comparison, supplier training on tools, end-user training, savings reporting, maintaining communication with suppliers, stakeholders, and other procurement members, and ensuring compliance with applicable policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must have experience in a procurement shared service center, preferably in manufacturing. You should possess a good understanding of end-to-end S2P processes and associated technology platforms, strong communication skills, ability to work with deadlines, and ability to work in culturally diverse teams with many levels of personnel.
