Pharmacy Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Pharmacy Assistant to join our team. This is a critical role that requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining clean and organized areas of the store, ensuring proper receiving of stock deliveries or replenishments, implementing planograms/visual merchandising displays, applying good dispensing and storage practices, and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will also be expected to provide excellent customer service and support Pharmacists and Store Heads with day-to-day store operations.

  • A senior high school graduate with at least 6 months of retail experience is required.
  • Fresh graduates of any degree/course are preferred.
  • Basic MS Office applications skills and knowledge are necessary.
  • Good housekeeping skills, adaptability, and a willingness to learn are essential.
